Job Summary
- Responsible for review Contractor’s submission for deep shafts, segmental tunnel and mined tunnel under supervision of a team leader.
- Responsible for analysis and design of geotechnical and structural elements including reviewing Contractor’s submissions.
- Plan and manage site investigation works
- Plan and mange instrumentation and monitoring, review monitoring data and prepare interpretation report
- Assist team leader to liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors for the design development
- Review method statements, weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare and compile technical report and technical drawings.
- Be part of Qualified Person (Supervision)’s team to supervise the construction works (when required)
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with Masters in Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in geotechnical and structural engineering disciplines.
- Familiar with segmental tunnel and mined tunnel design
- Conversant with relevant code of practice and authority submission procedures.
- Excellent technical and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with Masters in Geotechnical Engineering
